~100% Sold Prior to Occupancy~

Kamloops, B.C.: ARPA Investments Ltd. announced today that their development, The Colours on Spirit Square located on Yew Street on Kamloops’ North Shore, has sold out prior to occupancy. The team at ARPA has always sold out their projects, but prior to occupancy was a first for ARPA and testament to the increased demand for quality housing within the region.
